Inspire Me Thursday - Theme: Table

My interpretation of this weeks theme - Table. It says "The Water Table Sprouts the Tree of Life". I think what I was reading and listening to influenced this little watercolour sketch. I was reading my Bible and listening to Perry Como's "There's no Place Like Home for the Holidays". Nice. :oD Hope you all enjoy it all the same.

Very interesting looking watercolor. Nice idea, too. Love the colors and the words to it. Nice story behind this, too. Take care. Sincerely, Connie

How pretty! And how interesting that this resulted from the combo of Perry Como and the Bible!

I absolutely adore it!! I just wish I could draw & paint. I would love to make pieces like this. Just my type! Reminds me of Gustav Klimt, I'm a fan of his.

Thanks everyone!

Sandy - I couldn't answer you back at your blog. But this was what I was going to say:
I love this one as well. I totally heart your collages. I have a weakness for all things vintage. Including mixed media art. Thanks for the tip on Gustav Klimt. Apparently I have been living in a black hole! I wonder how I have never heard of him? No matter now, I have been fully introduced, and love his style. I see exactly what you mean now by your comment.
Thanks for sharing!

Very cool. I love your interpretation for this topic. Especially since we should be aware of water conservation. Great work.
